A basic aromatherapy massage oil recipes; however, includes mixing 15 or so drops of essential oils of your choice with one ounce of carrier oil, like sweet almond oil. Excellent oil choices for an aromatherapy massage include lemon and lavender for stress relief. If you are performing an aromatherapy massage to relieve sore muscles consider options such as eucalyptus and peppermint. Jasmine makes a nice choice for aphrodisiac aromatherapy massages. Any oil that is left over can be stored in an airtight glass container.
